Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Manage resource allocation and coordinate with department heads to ensure project success.
- Prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
