We are seeking a leader who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and detailed work plans.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Monitor project performance and report key metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other third parties involved in project execution.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure clear communication across all levels.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional Project Management experience, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
- PMP, CAPM, or PgMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
