Responsibilities
- Lead Project Lifecycle: Own the end-to-end project management process, from defining scope and objectives to successful delivery and closure.
- Agile Mastery: Drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Risk Control: Proactively identify potential risks and roadblocks, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize team capacity and manage resources to ensure high-quality deliverables without burnout.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the software or technology sector.
- Certification: PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in project management software (Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
