Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for weekend operations, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, operations, QA) to align on weekend milestones and deliverables
- Implement agile methodologies to track progress, mitigate risks, and adapt to changing priorities
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through weekend status meetings and progress reports
- Optimize resource allocation and project budgets for weekend shift operations
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities for weekend workflows
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation using Jira and Asana platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of project management experience with weekend shift exposure
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in high-pressure weekend environments
