Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for federal infrastructure initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, compliance, and stakeholder groups
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor budget adherence and resource allocation for multi-million dollar projects
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and adaptability
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for complex regulatory environments
- Report project status to executive stakeholders using real-time dashboards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience managing federal or government projects
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana with data visualization skills
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets exceeding $5M
- Expertise in navigating FAR/DFARS compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with C-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced regulatory environments
