Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability while adhering to financial constraints.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively to keep the project on track.
- Communicate regular progress reports to senior management and clients, maintaining transparency throughout the project.
- Ensure all projects comply with local Houston regulations and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the construction or development industry.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
