Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience with project management software (Jira, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
