Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Conduct experimental research on superconducting quantum processors
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum solutions into machine learning frameworks
- Develop error-correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Lead research publications in top-tier scientific journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Participate in cross-functional projects with industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
