Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI roadmap for the organization, specifically targeting breakthroughs relevant to the 2026 technological landscape.
- System Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- R&D Oversight: Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in researching novel algorithms, focusing on self-improving systems and edge computing.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
