Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for Year 2026 objectives.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team focused on quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Define the long-term data strategy and ensure ethical AI governance.
- Collaborate with C-suite stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within AI and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
