Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead research initiatives in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to push the boundaries of machine cognition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with quantum computing teams and data scientists to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into classical AI frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for real-time decision-making systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI engineering.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
