Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data models, and user stories using UML and BPMN
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document business requirements
- Create comprehensive test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance dashboards using Power BI
- Lead cross-functional Agile/Scrum ceremonies as the Business Owner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Proven track record documenting requirements in JIRA/Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
