Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using SQL, Power BI, and JIRA
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows and data models
- Support implementation and testing phases to ensure solution alignment with business goals
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to measure solution effectiveness
- Facilitate change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), and process mapping
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in requirements elicitation and documentation
- Knowledge of healthcare or fintech regulations is a plus
