Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives using Scrum/Kanban frameworks
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans
- Stakeholder management across executive, technical, and client-facing teams
- Implement process improvements using Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Monitor KPIs and deliverables through regular performance analytics
- Mentor junior project managers to enhance team capabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing complex IT/digital projects with $1M+ budgets
- PMP or CSM certification required (Agile/Scrum expertise essential)
- Proven track record delivering projects in fast-paced tech environments
- Expertise in risk management, resource allocation, and budget forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with cloud migration, SaaS implementations, or DevOps projects
