- Optimize resource allocation and budget tracking
- Implement JIRA/Confluence for project transparency
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery metrics
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT project management with Agile/Scrum certification
- Proven experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in JIRA, MS Project, and resource planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Experience managing budgets >$1M
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Business or equivalent
