Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for optimal project execution
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience with complex enterprise projects
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Track record of delivering projects in regulated industries
