Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and identify improvement opportunities through stakeholder interviews and data modeling
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using SQL and BI tools
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and requirement grooming sessions
- Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state solutions
- Create and present executive-level reports with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with SAFe certification a plus
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements using UML and flowcharts
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Familiarity with healthcare or financial services industries preferred
