Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities through data-driven insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and business outcomes
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project deliverables
- Validate solution efficacy through user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
