Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery
- Stakeholder communication across executive, technical, and client teams
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation and optimization
- Budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Performance tracking using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Cross-functional team leadership of 8-10 members
- Post-project analysis and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or consulting
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record managing $500k+ budgets
- Expertise in SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and collaboration tools
