Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Develop data models and visualizations using SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development teams
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements across departments
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear business justifications
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in requirements gathering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- Strong experience with process mapping (BPMN) and requirements documentation
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
