Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business requirements
- Develop process flows, data models, and documentation using BPMN and UML
- Translate complex requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment between business and IT teams
- Create dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Manage requirements traceability and validate solution effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulated industries
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and visualization tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proven track record of documenting complex requirements
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ALM tools
