Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for complex fintech projects
- Analyze business processes using SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to drive data-informed decision making
- Support Agile/Scrum methodologies as a Product Owner proxy for technology deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in fintech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis credential
- Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile development methodologies
