Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Elicit, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments
- Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align cross-functional teams on project goals
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation
- Analyze KPIs and metrics to provide actionable insights for business strategy
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Expertise in requirements gathering techniques and documentation tools
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proven track record of translating complex business needs into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) a plus
