Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects from initiation to closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with P&L responsibility
- Implement risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Mentor junior project managers and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/consulting
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Strong background in Agile transformation methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project delivery
