Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications using Agile methodologies
- Lead stakeholder workshops across departments to identify process improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain data models using SQL and Power BI for executive decision support
- Document business processes using BPMN 2.0 and UML diagrams
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement CRM and ERP system enhancements
- Perform gap analysis and ROI calculations for proposed solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing or aerospace
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements reducing operational costs by 15%+
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools
