- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Validate solution effectiveness through UAT and post-implementation reviews
- Maintain requirements traceability matrix throughout SDLC
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS/tech environments
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies
- Strong SQL skills with data modeling experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Proven track record in fintech or healthcare verticals
