Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Lead stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop data-driven solutions using SQL, Python, and BI tools
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Manage Jira tickets and maintain project documentation
- Present findings to C-level executives with clear visualizations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analyst experience in financial services or fintech
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMP preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field
