Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and facilitate workshops to align cross-functional teams
- Perform data modeling and process optimization using SQL, Excel, and BI tools
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validate system functionality against requirements
- Document workflows, create process diagrams, and maintain requirement traceability matrices
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and requirement elicitation techniques
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent highly preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle) a plus
