Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and recommend actionable insights
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting dashboards
- Validate solutions through UAT and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech/finance
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization (Tableau/Power BI), and MS Excel
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or PMI-P preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
