Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-impact projects, translating strategic objectives into detailed requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and validate business needs using Agile methodologies
- Design and maintain data models, process flows, and documentation (BPMN, UML, ER diagrams)
- Perform gap analysis between current state and future business objectives, recommending optimization solutions
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics using SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless solution implementation and adoption
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 2+ years in government consulting
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification preferred
