Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, marketing, and operations
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using Jira and Asana
- Stakeholder management and executive-level reporting
- Manage project budgets up to $2M

Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/IT sector
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record of delivering complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
