Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to deliver complex initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and drive continuous improvement
- Manage project budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Facilitate retrospectives and process optimization
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience with SDLC and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
