Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or equivalent preferred
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with healthcare or fintech domains a plus
