Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, create user stories, and maintain JIRA backlogs
- Develop detailed process flows, wireframes, and technical documentation using Visio and Lucidchart
- Lead UAT sessions, validate deliverables, and ensure seamless implementation of new systems
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and SQL reporting
- Mentor junior analysts and champion Agile/Scrum methodologies across cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in SaaS or fintech environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and process modeling tools
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Agile/Scrum credentials
- Proven track record of documenting requirements for ERP or CRM implementations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
