Qualifications

- Certification in Agile/Scrum or CBAP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with fintech or SaaS industries strongly preferred
