- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure project success and ROI
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or SaaS industries
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart)
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification (CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA) preferred
- Demonstrated success in translating complex requirements into technical specifications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
