This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while collaborating with our downtown Chicago team.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track business performance metrics
- Lead stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle using JIRA and Confluence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS industry exposure
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) required
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
