Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and documentation for enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and Python
- Develop process flow diagrams, UML models, and user stories for development teams
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Create comprehensive business cases with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Maintain JIRA/Confluence artifacts and ensure traceability across project lifecycle
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or SaaS environments
- Expert proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process modeling
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience translating technical requirements into business value propositions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, SOX) in financial services
