Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using SQL and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate technical concepts into business language
- Support UAT testing and implementation of new systems with QA teams
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions
- Track KPIs and prepare executive summaries for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization principles
