Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data modeling and stakeholder interviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Collaborate with executives to define KPIs and implement performance tracking systems
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from discovery through implementation and post-launch evaluation
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and executive dashboards
- Maintain and enhance documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI), and process mapping (Visio)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with measurable ROI
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Demonstrated success implementing ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
