Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Design and implement data validation frameworks ensuring data integrity across systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and UML diagrams
- Partner with engineering teams to implement solutions and measure KPI impact
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure sprint deliverables align with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS or fintech environments
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record documenting complex requirements using UML/BPMN
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and JIRA/Confluence
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum Master preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with API integration and CRM systems (Salesforce/SAP)
