Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities using data-driven methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliverables
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and technical specifications
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure project milestones are met
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to track business performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile equivalent
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
