Responsibilities
- Analyze and document complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and data models for development teams
- Facilitate requirement workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Track project progress against business objectives and KPIs
- Develop test cases and validate solution effectiveness post-implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and process modeling tools (e.g., Visio)
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into business insights
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with agile development methodologies
