Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements using agile methodologies.
- Develop comprehensive data models, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance metrics.
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for development teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Validate system implementations through rigorous testing and UAT protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive business analyst experience in SaaS or fintech environments.
- Expertise in requirement elicitation techniques (user stories, use cases, process modeling).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for data analysis.
- Certified Business Analyst (CBAP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) designation.
- Strong experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
