Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for optimization using data-driven methodologies
- Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation using industry-standard tools
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and align strategic objectives
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance metrics to measure business impact
- Lead UAT cycles and ensure seamless solution deployment
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis with SaaS or fintech exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
- Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in process reengineering
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
