Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements for enterprise software solutions
- Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Create detailed documentation including BRDs, UML diagrams, and wireframes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility of requirements
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-backed recommendations
- Manage Jira/Confluence backlogs and track sprint progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within FinTech or SaaS
- Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and process modeling tools (Visio/BPMN)
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API integration and payment processing systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
