Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and document requirements
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Agile teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Monitor project KPIs and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for executive reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in requirement gathering, use cases, and process modeling
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle)
