Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the voice of the customer and the architect of solutions. Your key duties will include:
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering sessions to define clear project scopes and business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Design and maintain business process models, including flowcharts, use cases, and wireframes using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Perform gap analysis between current business processes and proposed solutions to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Product Management) to ensure seamless system integration and user adoption.
- Monitor project KPIs and deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a full-time capacity.
- Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
