Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
- Create detailed process flows, data models, and user stories
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements alignment
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation (BRDs, UML diagrams)
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future-state processes
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP implementations (SAP/Oracle)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
