Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify optimization opportunities across multiple departments
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Develop comprehensive business cases, process flows, and system specifications using industry-standard tools
- Design and implement KPI dashboards to track performance metrics and drive data-informed decisions
- Lead UAT sessions and ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to maintain data integrity and model accuracy
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and clear narratives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion continuous improvement in business analysis practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive business analysis experience in enterprise environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (CSM/PMI-ACP required)
- Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with SDLC and project management frameworks (Waterfall/Agile)
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
